Merky Sounds is a freelance audio, events, and creative agency driven by the relentless energy of Naarm-based creative powerhouse Chelsea Merk.

After two years building a successful events business under the beloved (and yes, aptly named) Pantsless Events, Chelsea is levelling up by launching Merky Sounds. A grown-up, expanded vision for what her creative practice could be. With a Bachelor of Arts (Audio Production) from the Australian College of the Arts nearly under her belt, she's accumulated the kind of hands-on experience that makes the qualification almost a formality. 

Now expanding her repertoire further, Chelsea is stepping into the world of sound design and audio post-production. Over the past year, she has been honing her skills in mixing, mastering, and sound design for TV and film, deepening both her personal craft and the agency's creative offering. It's a natural evolution for someone whose ear for detail and passion for storytelling have always been at the core of what she does.

Whether she's producing an unforgettable live experience, shaping the sonic identity of a screen project, or navigating the demands of a full-time degree, Chelsea brings the same sharp focus and creative instinct to everything she touches.
